# What's inside this free sample — Masjid Display Kit

Three real files from the kit, each **trimmed to taste** — enough to judge the
quality, not enough to run a mosque display on:

- `SAMPLE-announcements-templates.md` — about half of `announcements-templates.md`
from the pack: the weekly announcement lines, 2 of the 4 Ramadan window lines,
and 3 of the screen-readability writing rules. The fundraising lines and the
Arabic starter lines (with the native-review gate) are only in the full kit.
- `SAMPLE-prayer-times-accuracy-checklist.md` — the complete Custom-times
checklist (items 1–4 of 5) from `prayer-times-accuracy-checklist.md`: how the
committee confirms and owns the times before the screen goes live. The Aladhan
API-mode checklist, the display conventions and the honesty rules are only in
  the full kit.
- `SAMPLE-setup-hosting.md` — Part 1 of 4 of `SETUP.md`, complete: putting the
display online free on GitHub Pages (or fully offline). Parts 2–4 (entering
times, kiosk setup per device, the monthly habit) and the troubleshooting
table are only in the full kit.

## What the full kit adds (22 files, one zip)

- **Display app** (`display-app/`): the prayer-times screen for any TV — five
prayers + sunrise, Iqamah, Jumu'ah, live countdown, Hijri date, announcements
(slides + marquee). Custom times by default, or the free Aladhan API with 22
official calculation methods. 6 display languages (English, Arabic RTL,
French, Indonesian, Malay, Turkish) and the settings screen.
- **Donation page** (`donation-template/`): a ready page paying into the
mosque's OWN Stripe account, with a Stripe payment-link walkthrough and
honesty rules. UK Gift Aid + French tax-receipt pointers.
- **Madrasa-lite** (`madrasa-lite/`): class register, timetable and WhatsApp
  parent messages — local-only data.
- **Manuals**: the full 30-minute setup, the complete accuracy checklist, the
mandatory Arabic review gate with sign-off box, the full announcement
templates, and the per-mosque license (v1.x updates free).
